Cancellation Policy

AAA Limousine requires that all reservations need to be canceled in a timely manner. Any reservations that are not canceled before a driver is dispatched to the pickup location will be billed the full cost of the reservation including gratuities and taxes.

AAA Limousine recommends canceling any order at least two hours prior to the reservation time to ensure that no charges are imposed for late cancellations. All drivers must be paid for their time so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
